2019 Handshake User Meetups

Not just one event anymore.

The Handshake team is excited to announce big plans for next year’s event schedule. Due to the thoughtful feedback from our partners requesting to host more intimate, meetup style events, we will be hosting four Handshake User Events across the country in 2019.

Registration Details:

We are grateful for the collaboration of four partner Handshake Universities for hosting the 2019 Handshake Meetup events!

  • To ensure as many university partners as possible can benefit from this event, we can only accommodate 2 representatives per school
  • School representatives can register for one of the four conferences
  • Registration fee is $50 per registrant
  • Registrants will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis

Check back here in the coming weeks for updates regarding logistics for hotel blocks, transportation, and agenda information for each of the individual events!

Why should you attend?

Join us and the rest of the Handshake community to embark in a rich learning experience where we will connect and work with each other to share best practices and build the future of Handshake.

The "meet up" content will have a heavy focus on best practices and product work flow tips shared by careers services Handshake system experts. The content will be most valuable to team members who are most involved with the day-to-day functions within Handshake.

Lead a presentation!

If you are interested in leading a presentation on a Handshake related topic please submit your topic proposal here by April 15th. We want YOU to co-lead the conference, so we highly encourage you to submit a proposal for any topic where you are the pro!

Hear from our Partners!

"I took away best practice information and contacts from other schools. I am able to come back and make changes to our processes to better serve our students. I am excited to be a part of the Handshake community because I think there are a lot of exciting things in the future."

“I've got a greater vision for how to leverage Handshake to help our students. I have a greater vision for leveraging analytics to help me continue to work smarter. I was reminded how smart a choice we made joining Handshake. I was grateful to meet people in person who I had not met - and delighted to spend a few minutes with incredibly bright, talented, and really nice people.”
